  Have been there a couple times in the last 3 weeks for takeout night and they still in 3 weeks have not restocked their sauces. Everytime I've been there they have said that they are out of BBQ sauce. Kind of rediculous that it takes over 3 weeks to restock.

  I will never order from red rooster Kallangur again! Ordered dinner for my family as I have been without a car. Ordered online at 6:13pm its 7:50pm and have only just received my food! I had tried ringing countless times and nothing. Disgusting service and the food was ice cold and soggy! Have had issues with delivery before and was told that they wait till they have more deliveries before they will leave the store. Do not order from this store!

  Continuous problems with drive through ordering. They cannot get your order right. The texas roll had dried chicken & a piece of bone. Chips not fresh, should have been thrown out before serving to paying customer. This store used to be good prior refurb.
