  Arrived around 1:30pm. Ordered a Value Bucket and waited maybe 5-10 minutes before being told it would be another 10 minutes wait on original chicken. Hotbox was virtually empty. Seems to need better management to prevent running out of food.
  Staff were friendly though.

  The manager at Kallangur KFC on Monday, 22nd May 2017, needs a good lesson on how to conduct himself in a public work environment and QUALITY CONTROL.
  
  Waited for a burger that was missed in the initial order, front desk had to ask for it after a good 5min of no action.
  
  When I got the burger is was made on a hardened, old bun with scrappy fillings.
  
  Upon returning it for a replacement the Manager was jesting with the staff about ASS BURGERS in a clear voice where he was in ear/eye sight of the customers.
  
  The replacement burger was still on a hardened, old bun and no active compensation or apology was given or attempted by anyone.
  
  My main complaint is with this manager on duty and how he conducted himself in clear view of customers. I didn't get his name but he was of dark complexion and mid to late 20's at a guess.
  
  Appalling service in general, not impressed, wont be returning to your store at Kallangur.

  To be honest this is one of the most unorganized places out there. Been a few times, every time the wait is ridiculous and the order has been wrong. Even to the point that two out of the three times we've been there were no napkins available.

  Waited over half an hour In the drive through line that you can't get it of, only to arrive at the last window to be told they're would be more of a wait due to running out of chicken. Got our money back and left.
  Phoned when I got home only to be told they were a couple people short and had a supply issue with the chicken. What a joke. Noons of that is my problem.
  Won't be going back to this store again. Will be quicker to drive further to another store. The Kallangur store seemed to be progressively slower each time I went, this time, too long.
